Return request window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product meets the eligibility criteria mentioned below.
Eligibility for Return
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Product has manufacturing defects
- Item received is incomplete
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be unused
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Product should not be washed or altered
- Return request must include unboxing proof/video for damaged or missing items
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized products
- Gift cards
- Used products
- Opened perfumes
- Personal hygiene items
- Clearance or sale products
Return Approval
Returns are subject to quality inspection after the product reaches our warehouse.
If the item passes quality inspection, the return request will be approved as per FX Store return process.
Items that do not meet return conditions may be rejected after inspection.
